The perfect tropical, tranquil getaway with my dog.
The property was the perfect escape to absolute peace and tranquility. The tropical gardens contained trickling water features, a little trickling waterfall, a pond with fish and a wood fire-pit grill. The sunrises and sunsets from the verandah were just breathtaking. There was everything that you could possibly need, fresh eggs, tomato’s, avocados, a coffee machine a fresh loaf of bread, jams, fresh orange juice and a bottle of milk and all aesthetically presented. My border collie and I loved our three nights away. We didn’t want to leave. There was nothing I could complain about. It was a lovely three days

Our stay here was nothing short of bliss and tranquility! Nicole and Michael went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, relaxing and stress free which is sometimes easier said then done when travelling. From the accommodation to the surrounding gardens, the lantern lit ponds and the pure oasis you have on your doorstep here, my partner and I vowed to ourselves we would be repeat guests.
Your view is looking into the dense forest valley and you fall asleep listening to the birds and animals of the forest. The sunsets were outstanding in addition to the fresh air and calming atmosphere on the deck and inside the cabin was so serene and second to none. I could not recommend this property and these hosts enough to anyone looking to wind down and enjoy nature at your fingertips. We thoroughly gorged ourselves on the breakfast offered and the little treats provided by Nicole. Without any doubts, Nicole and Michael will be able to ensure you have an amazing time during your stay and with all Mapleton and the surrounds have to offer, you have an abundance of positive experiences and fantastic opportunities to explore!

From the moment you drive down the drive you instantly feel the peace and serenity. Immaculate gardens, 5 star accommodation and stunning views! Nicole and Mick's hospitality was first class with fresh croissants delivered daily, subtle elegant touches that demonstrated just how much the owners care for their guests. Nothing was too much to ask. Located just a short drive from town and various walks, this place is somewhere we will definitely be revisting.

You must visit this beautiful place in the stunning mountains of Mapleton! Nicole was so accommodating throughout our entire stay and we were met with wine and a cheese platter on arrival! The fridge and cupboards are stocked with everything you could need and the location is fantastic, very close to scenic waterfalls and tourist destinations. It’s your own little piece of paradise. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough, we would definitely come back.
